Wellness Retreats
Every Season we host an individualised Retreat to support and guide you through the energy of the season. Our retreats are relaxed, non judgemental and open to all Women no matter where you are on your journey in life. We love to welcome everyone and guide you to wholeness, calm and relaxation. We have many years of experience facilitating the retreats. We offer one day retreats and a yearly residential Retreat at Mana in the Coromandel. I am a certified Menopause Coach. Going through the journey myself I have first hand experience and knowledge of ways to support ourselves. Transitioning into perimenopause and menopause can be quite scary as our body and mind changes. This transition is as significant as puberty.
